Kate Middleton Plays With Babies During Visit to Children's Center in London

The Duchess of Cambridge marked another low-profile engagement on Tuesday, March 12, during her trip to the Henry Fawcett Children's Center.

Kate joined young mothers and their children at a centre in south London that is boosting their parenting skills through a unique programme in operation at just five sites in the UK.

The visit to the centre is part of the Duchess' focus on the early years in children's development. This unusual personal style choice can be put down to any number of reasons - the first being that her normal stylist Natasha Archer is on maternity leave and she's taking the time to experiment, the second that she is sending a message of unity with her beleaguered sister-in-law through fashion. "They are very close", a source shared with People magazine.

Although the brothers and their wives were all smiles at the annual Christmas Day service at Sandringham, when they all walked to church together, rumours of a supposed feud between the duchesses have continued to swirl in the tabloid press.
