Game of Thrones Season 8 episode run times revealed

The show is one of the most-watched and most loved around the globe and it has given heart-fainting moments throughout these seven seasons. Well, it seems like those rumored run times were guesstimates at best as HBO have officially revealed the run times for the first 2 episodes on their schedule. Back in season four, the show only had about six White Walkers that made it to the final cut. The first three episodes are simply regular length for Game of Thrones, which means that we also know now that the Battle of Winterfell is going to last an hour.

The site then saw that user Noselessman on Disqus discovered that the URL's can be modified by changing the numbers with each future episode number, in which, a page pops up revealing each episode and runtime for Season 8.

Game of Thrones Season 8 premieres on April 14. I guess I am saying fans shouldn't start being negative about not enough time, until we see the show and judge the finale for ourselves.

All together, the episodes total 410 minutes, or six hours and 50 minutes. Though the first two installments are coming in under 60 minutes (and certainly aren't the movie-length episodes that were hinted at a year and a half ago), fans can rest easy knowing that the action and drama featured in each will be oh-so satisfying. It really is so unpredictable the way that it ends up.
