Nintendo is scheduled to broadcast a new Direct centered around the Switch at 5 p.m. EST today, and with a running time of around 35 minutes, we're definitely in for at least a few big announcements. Just don't get up your hopes for any Metroid news.

We're excited to see what the show has on offer. Most Switch owners are expecting to hear more about titles like Animal Crossing, Luigi's Mansion 3, and maybe even Pokemon if we're lucky.

It makes sense for Fire Emblem to feature prominently, as very little has been shared about Three Houses prior to now. As in how long we don't have to wait to play it.

For now, keep reading for everything we know about the game so far.

Tonight's Best New Artist win marks Lipa's second Grammy win and her second nomination. "So many women!" Lipa continued. Vincent won for Best Rock Song for her album's title track "Masseducation", and Dua Lipa for Best New Artist .

"Although this is very regrettable we must let you know that the current development progress has not reached the standards we seek in a sequel to Metroid Prime series", senior managing executive officer Shinya Takahashi said in a video message.

As stated above, Super Mario Maker 2 is set to release June 2019 for the Nintendo Switch.

We're less than an hour away from tonight's Nintendo Direct, and things are starting to get exciting. Nintendo has announced that there'll be a Direct tomorrow morning with extra news on Fire Emblem: Three Houses, as well as a bunch of surprise titles that they like to reveal out of nowhere.
