Thomas Markle published the five-page letter from the Duchess of Sussex at the weekend after close pals of Meghan gave interviews to a USA magazine. I love you. I have one father.

Mr Markle revealed the letter to the Daily Mail on Sunday. "You've said I never helped you financially and you've never asked me for help which is also untrue", the note reads.

It added, "If you love me, as you tell the press you do, please stop".

Theresa May's newest Brexit plan to be revealed a day early

Kensington Palace confirmed Thomas Markle's non-attendance at the wedding via a statement the day before, which left many wondering who would take his place and how his daughter, Meghan, would be feeling.

On Sunday, the Daily Mail published excerpts of a letter the Duchess of Sussex allegedly sent to her father, gently condemning his behavior and asking that he stop trashing her to news outlets.

She even described Samantha as "your (Thomas Markle) other daughter, who I barely know".

He said on the television show Good Morning America: "While the goal of Meghan's letter was very much to fix the relationship with her father, she knew in her heart of hearts that this was going to be released to the papers. I realize you are so far down this rabbit hole that you feel (or may feel) there's no way out, but if you take a moment to pause I think you'll see that being able to live with a clear conscience is more valuable than any payment in the world", she shared. He says, 'When I opened the letter I was hoping it was the olive branch I'd longed for, ' he said last night.

In the interview, Meghan's friends said that her father never called or texted her - something he denies.

Since her move across the pond, Markle has continued to wear the elegant footwear on her outings - Flint herself reckons the Grear and Natalie styles are among the royal's favorites - and the brand often sells out completely after Meghan steps out in a style.
