Israeli forces arrested Erfaiyeh, a resident of the West Bank city of Hebron, in Ramallah on Saturday.

The body of Ori Ansbacher, 19, was found in the woods in the West Bank near Jerusalem on Thursday with stabbing wounds.

At least 249 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire since then, the majority shot during clashes, though others have been hit by tank fire or air strikes.

Over 600,000 Jewish settlers live in the Israeli-occupied West Bank and east Jerusalem, territories the Palestinians want as part of their future state.

According to Dutch news agency Nos, the decision came after a Dutch man of Palestinian origin sued the Netherlands before the European Court of Human Rights, demanding his right to register as Palestinian-born, instead of as an Israeli.

Instead of addressing the root causes of Palestinian discontent, Tel Aviv continues to blame Gaza's Hamas leadership for the ongoing clashes.

India vs New Zealand, 3rd T20I in Hamilton
New Zealand defeated India by four runs in the third and final Twenty20 global (T20I) to clinch the series 2-1 here on Sunday. Munro smashed 72 (40), including five fours and five sixes, while Seifert hit three fours and three sixes in his 43 (25).

Amal A-Taramsi, a 44-year-old resident of Gaza City, was attending a mid-afternoon protest on the day in question, helping those "hurt by tear gas inhalation by spraying their faces with a saline solution", B'Tselem stated.

A military spokesperson said the demonstrators hurled rocks at Israeli troops and several explosive devices landed on the Gaza side of the fence. The Health Ministry put his age at 18, but Mezan said he was 17. Dozens of Palestinians have been killed and thousands have been wounded.

Israeli troops "responded with riot dispersal means and fired according to standard operating procedures", the spokesperson added.

While Palestinians have claimed the protests are peaceful, Israel says that Hamas, the Islamist group ruling Gaza, has hijacked the months-long movement in an effort to attack Israeli forces and breach the border fence to commit terrorist acts in Israel.

UNICEF condemned the killing of the two Palestinians, warning of the significant violence Palestinian children endure.
