A Pennsylvania couple's wedding ended in a drunken brawl after the groom forced himself on an underage waitress - then followed the teen into a bathroom stall and groped her, according to prosecutors.

A groom is accused of following a teenager into a bathroom and sexually assaulting her at his own wedding.

The newlywed faces numerous charges including indecent assault, indecent exposure, false imprisonment of a minor and related offences.

Shortly after 10 p.m, police were called to the country club, located in Richboro, PA, after reports that a fight had broken out.

Aimers propositioned the teen by saying they could do "whatever you want", the teen told police, offering her $100 and telling her to "kiss him like she means it".

Police found Aimers "pushing and punching people" by the entrance and said he tried to flee the scene by boarding a nearby shuttle bus.

Aimers pushed the waitress into an empty stall and started forcibly kissing her, she later told police.

According to Northampton Township Police, officers were dispatched to the Northampton Valley Country Club at 8:19 p.m. on November 24, 2018, for the report of a fight. The disgruntled groom continued to argue with police before he was eventually taken into custody.

Later in the event, the victim said, she was told by event staff to check the ladies bathroom to ensure it was well-supplied. Authorities say that later on that night, Aimers followed the waitress into the women's bathroom, pulled her into a stall and forcibly kissed her before attempting to unbutton his trousers.

His attorney, Louis Busico, told the Philadelphia Inquirer that his client denies all charges.

Aimers is free after posting $100,000 bail, according to court documents. "He did not commit any crime at his wedding reception and he looks forward to clearing his name after trial".

Aimers' preliminary hearing for the sexual assault is scheduled for February 21.

It is not clear if his wife is staying with him after the incident.
