A Milwaukee County Transit Service bus driver named Irena Ivic saw the infant walking alone, wearing a red onesie and a diaper in "freezing temperatures" along her route on December 22, according to a news release from the transit authority. He's wearing a red onesie and a diaper.

"I'm just grateful I was in the right place at the right time", Ivic said at a commendation ceremony held in her honor on Thursday. Ivic stopped her bus, ran across the street, picked up the crying child and carried him to the bus.

"Oh my God. Oh my God".

Security video shows the boy toddling down the overpass.

A passenger on the bus took off her winter coat and draped it around the baby girl, who was cold to the touch. The boy was chilled after spending time outside in the freezing temperatures.

Irena Ivic-Drobnjak is being praised for her immediate action which may have saved the child's life.

DeMarcus Cousins is going to make his Warriors debut
The Warriors, as of January 9th, are the No. 2 seed in the Western Conference, sitting one game behind the Denver Nuggets. Warriors head coach Steve Kerr spoke with reporters on Tuesday and said Cousins was getting closer to a return.

The baby quickly fell asleep in the driver's arms as emergency services were called.

Police say the child, less than a year old, had been left outside by his mother who may have been suffering from a mental health crisis.

Authorities eventually reunited the baby girl with her father.

MCTS drivers have found nine lost or missing children in recent years, according to their website.

"I absolutely love kids. I find a child and upset and if I have the same situation again, I will of course again help", said Ivic.
