The fan vote, which opened December 25, accounts for 50 percent of the vote to determine the 10 All-Star starters. LeBron still leads all vote-getters with almost 2.8 million votes, while the Greek Freak leads the Eastern Conference with 2.67 million, slightly ahead of Kyrie Irving.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, a forward for the Milwaukee Bucks, leads all Eastern Conference players with 2,670,816 votes, second to only James overall in the National Basketball Association.

In the Eastern Conference, Antetokounmpo (2,670,816) has strengthened his position as the leading vote-getter. Golden State's Steph Curry leads all Western Conference guards with just over 2 million votes while Kevin Durant is sitting at No. 4 among Western Conference frontcourt players. Current NBA players and a panel of basketball media each account for 25% of the remaining vote.

While Lonzo moved up from 175,040 votes to an impressive 529,164 votes, he is still ranked eighth among guards in the Western Conference.
