Arsenal have been linked with Carrasco, with Belgian journalist Terreur rubbishing the reports on Tuesday.

The 25-year-old left Atletico Madrid for the Chinese Super League less than a year ago, with the Belgium worldwide contributing seven goals and five assists from 25 appearances.

According to the same story, the 25-year-old is interested in a move to the Premier League following an 11-month stint in the Chinese Super League.

Arsenal are in the market for a wide attacker after losing Danny Welbeck for the rest of the season with a broken ankle while Henrikh Mkhitaryan is also on the sidelines with a fractured foot and it seems Carrasco has emerged as a potential target for Unai Emery.

The Serie A side are desperate to return back to the position they had often occupy some years back, therefore, they are ready to spend big on players whom they believe will help them actualize their dream.

The 2019 Academy Awards , set to air on Sunday, Feb. 24 on ABC, now does not have a replacement host. Hart's appearance on the show only furthered the controversy for the actor and for DeGeneres.

But Sky Sport Italia claim (via 101greatgoals) Arsenal have made initial contact with the Belgian worldwide, who has given his "approval" to the move.

Sky Sports news reporter Dharmesh Sheth also spoke of Arsenal's interest in Carrasco during his transfer update today.

Yannick Carrasco "has been offered to Arsenal" as the Belgian looks to cut short his time at Chinese side Dalian Yifang. To be honest, he could still get a huge deal.

The speedy winger is in his peak years and with Atletico Madrid, he had a mammoth release clause of €100million (AS) in his contract before he made a decision to leave for Yifang, who struggled big time last season.
