Trump says little progress as govt shutdown in third week
In a previous budget showdown, Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer likened bargaining with Trump to negotiating with "Jell-O". Trump says he's still mulling declaring a national emergency to try to circumvent Congress.

After enjoying 4-day smooth run, Simmba surprised one and all by making mammoth 27 crores on its fifth day i.e. Tuesday. The latter kicked off recently and the filmmaker soon aims to make it big enough to get many filmmakers under his wings, so that they can direct films under the banner. Additionally, Simmba has also taken over Remo D'Souza's Race 3 and Ahmed Khan's Baaghi 2 to become the fourth highest grossing Bollywood movie of 2018. Rohit Shetty's action-cop-drama has managed to earn Rs 241.91 crore at the box office so far, including Rs 173 crore at the Indian box office market. The film crossed the Rs 100 crore mark over New Year's Day following a promising opening weekend. Made in Rs 125 crore, the lifetime collection of Bajrao Mastani is Rs 184 crores. Rohit might have announced the movie name through Akshay's cameo in Simmba, but never confirmed who the actress would be. In its first week, Simmba had raked in Rs 150.81 crore at the ticket window.

Released across 4020 screens in India, Ranveer Singh's Simmba has been smashing several box office records ever since it hit the theatres worldwide.
