Fortnite streamer arrested following on-stream domestic abuse

A Sydney gamer has been charged after the alleged assault of his partner was live-streamed on Fornite.

Fortnite streamer MrDeadMoth has been arrested following a horrifying occurrence of alleged domestic abuse. You can also call the Domestic Violence Hotline on 1800 656 463.

The AVO stood for close to a year before it was dismissed when the woman withdrew her complaint. In the video, she asks him to stop playing "Fortnite" to eat dinner when he leaves his chair and shouts back, "Stop, please!" "Don't hit me in the face".

"No computer, I'm sick of this s**t", his wife responds.

The sound of someone being struck can then be heard followed by a woman wailing before she says: "You f***ing woman basher".

'Do they know you touched me and I'm pregnant, ' Munday's girlfriend can be heard yelling out in the video. The wife's screams indicated that she was being hit in the face. A loud slap can be heard, along with a woman and child crying.

The NSW Police force arrested MrDeadMoth three hours after the alleged assault was livestreamed on Twitch. He is scheduled to appear in a local courthouse on Thursday.

New South Wales released a statement saying that the woman was "distressed and shaken by the incident" but thankfully not seriously injured.

The budding IT genius was the top ranking Australian at last years Cisco Networking Academy NetRiders Competition, leading him to be offered a job with Telstra.
