Hillary Clinton Could Run For President In 2020

Just as Mr. Trump cleared the field, Mrs. Clinton will take down rising Democratic stars like bowling pins.

Mrs Clinton was left reeling after defeat by Donald Trump in 2016 when the Republican captured 304 areas compared to the Democrats' 227.

Mark Penn, a former adviser to Hillary and Bill Clinton, writes with Andrew Stein in the Wall Street Journal that he believes Hillary will make another run for president in 2020.

Hillary Clinton appears to be back at it, as reports claim she is bracing for a third presidential run. It was a decisive break from her early-1990s self.

"I was recently asked if Crooked Hillary Clinton is going to run in 2020?"

The first lady's team had told the president that it suspected Ricardel was leaking negative stories about Melania Trump to the press.

Since she's stayed in the news, interviewers haven't been shy about asking whether she wanted to surface for another run. Finally she had the full support of the New York Times and the other groups that had shunned her for Mr. Obama-but only at the cost of an unforeseen collapse in support in the Midwest. She denied in October she would launch another bid - before admitting a moment later: "Well, I'd like to be president".

As for Trump, Penn and Stein write "she will not allow this humiliating loss at the hands of an amateur to end the story of her career".

It's worth noting that Clinton has said she won't run for president again, despite several people speculating she might.

Penn said Monday on "Fox & Friends" that many Democrats believe Clinton was "unfairly denied" a victory in 2016. She will trounce them. "And I say don't count her out, and if she gets in she will be quite formidable".
