News of her outings come a week after Lovato's mother, Dianna De La Garza, said on a radio show on October 26 that her daughter was 90 days sober.

Demi Lovato is out of rehab, three months after a drug overdose left her hospitalised for almost two weeks.

The singer was seen outside of Matsuhisa restaurant in Los Angeles on Saturday night alongside clothing designer Henry Levy.

Lovato is reportedly out of rehab, and according to new photos published by TMZ, has been spending time with friend Henry Levy.

She was transported to a hospital, where she spent almost two weeks before beginning a 90-day rehab program in the beginning of August.

She also visited a Beverly Hills spa over the weekend.

It's been three months since the popstar was admitted into a rehabilitation facility.

During her two-week hospitalization in July, Lovato was surrounded by her loved ones, including ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.

"She got out of rehab last week, but her treatment is ongoing". Demi released "Sober" after rumors swirled that she had succumbed to substance abuse once again. She told Maria Menounos on her SiriusXM radio about the ordeal and the events leading up to it. "Because she doesn't live with me".

"I have always been transparent about my journey with addiction", Demi wrote on her Instagram after her overdose. She's 26, you know? "It was a rough two days".
