What will be under the lid when Apple unveils its new MacBooks? This is the first time Apple has opted for a USB-C charger for the Apple Watch and it is a much welcome change.

Japanese blog Mac Otakara is now getting in on the action.

As noted by The Verge, Apple released a wide variety of invite designs for this event, perhaps hinting that it would be aimed at creators - the people it wants to buy its Mac computers and iPad Pro devices.

The iPad Pro has a giant battery, and to me it's always seemed like a no-brainer for Apple to offer the ability to charge an iPhone using an iPad.

Saudi Arabia preparing to admit journalist Khashoggi was killed
The kingdom has called the allegations "baseless" but has offered no evidence the writer left the consulate. But it remained unclear what evidence would remain almost two weeks after Khashoggi's disappearance.

The new iPad Pro most probably will keep the 10.5-inch and 12.9-inch screen sizes as the predecessor, but everything else will undergo changes. It is likely that we will see the new 11 inch iPad Pro.

Apple said it will hold a product announcement on October 30 in the NY borough of Brooklyn, likely to unveil new iPads and Mac computers.

If you are interested in Apple hardware, the iPhone XR has become available to pre-order today. The headphone jack might also be cut from the tablet. This will also align the iPad design with the iPhone designs of 2018.

The MacBook Air line hasn't seen a new product in a while, and reports from earlier this year suggest Apple is preparing for its return. One rumor suggests that the new model will have Touch ID, a fingerprint sensor, but will lack the touchscreen Touch Bar found on Macbook Pro models. This image looks like Simpsons with Marge at the bottom, but expect more artistic flair from the event. On top of that, Apple is expected to update its Mac mini which is also due for a fresh revamp.
