Chelsea Not Title Contenders this Season- Maurizio Sarri

Having begun the season in ideal fashion, Chelsea welcome Cardiff City to Stamford Bridge on Saturday afternoon, the home side hoping to extend Maurizio Sarri's record to five wins from five as the Italian boss begins to imprint his style upon them.

Chelsea: Cesc Fabregas is unlikely to be rushed back from a knee injury and is unlikely to feature.

Eden Hazard, Willian and Pedro have jostled for places at the start of the season, while Ross Barkley's place seems to have been taken by Mateo Kovacic, after he started the season in midfield.

Aron Gunnarsson is set for a return for Cardiff which will be a huge boost to the Bluebirds.

Josh Murphy is the only other doubt, as he recovers from a knock.

Although Chelsea have been playing like unstoppable this season, their defense has been bad so far.

Conte won the Premier League title and FA Cup in his two years in charge but it was clear that he was looking for a way out.

Warnock revealed he was left disappointed with the Premier League giants after being told he would be kept in touch in regards to Tammy Abraham's future.

"I think he has the capacity to make history for Chelsea again".

The 32-year-old has made 165 Premier League appearances for Arsenal since joining from Málaga in 2013.
