Activision and Treyarch have released a brand new gameplay trailer for Blackout, Call of Duty: Black Op 4's all-new Battle Royale mode that delivers signature Call of Duty gameplay immersed in classic environments and characters from the Black Ops universe. During that brief timespan, we get a look at some of the maps, a variety of weapons, vehicles in action, and more.

But now Activision has gone the extra mile, introducing an official trailer for the mode right before the beta goes live.

You can see a lot of vehicle-based action, including gun battles between squads riding trucks and helicopters.

In the trailer, which clocks in right over the two minute mark, there's a whole lot to take in. And, of course, there's a glimpse at Zombies, which have been confirmed for the mode. Players also get their first look at the slowly closing Nova gas circle that bounds the Blackout playable area, along with the hallucinations they will experience if they find themselves within it.

In preparation for Monday's Blackout Private Beta launch, Call of Duty gives fans a sneak peek at what's to come from classic environments to memorable characters from the Black Ops universe. Ahead of that, Treyarch will talk more about the Blackout beta during a livestream set for September 7. After that, it'll run through September 17. Treyarch's new trailer for Blackout, released on 6 September in conjunction with publisher Activision, shows players will be able to fight in air, on sea, and on land - and even combat zombies.
