But there are additional reasons to believe that Nokia is actually building this phone. These are the rumoured specs of the Nokia 9 and there is a fair chance that these are two different smartphones. Now let's talk about Nokia 9's insane camera setup. Ignoring the naming, the smartphone has been in news for a long time now and we're still waiting for the official announcement. Slashleaks has a copy and the image depicts a Nokia phone running Android One. More specially there are seven circular holes on the back, five of which feature a camera within, along with the Zeiss logo featuring. In the report, as leaked to GSM Arena, the phone is referred to as Nokia 9, but it could prove to be the Nokia 10. If you look at the back, you would see six circles of the same size and another circle in the middle. What looks like a Xenon flash sits on the top left edge of the cutouts.

We are not sure what the five-camera setup will bring on board but if the image is any indication, the smartphone could be giving a stiff fight to Huawei's P20 Pro, which launched this year sporting three rear cameras, branded by Leica.

We have been hearing about the Nokia X7 since June and an image of its display panel with a notch also got leaked last month on the internet. A glass back and a five-camera setup at the back no doubt put this device into flagship territory. Just after a lot of series of new smartphones being launched every year, here is another advancement that was allegedly showing Nokia's smartphone step-up.

Many said they could not comment on potential investigations, while others said they lacked the authority to immediately act on local cases.

Or HMD Global is messing with us and we could see an entirely new device.

While all these leaks should be taken with a grain of salt, it certainly would be interesting to the effect a smartphone with 5 lenses would have on the wider device market.
