If the fans thought Manchester United's unveiling of Alexis Sanchez was unique (remember video showing Sanchez playing United's anthem on piano), Villarreal have clearly upped the ante in that department.

Cazorla joined the La liga club after being released by Premier League side Arsenal in the close season.

The midfielder was at risk of having his foot amputated after contracting an infection following one of a number of Achilles surgeries.

Fans packed out a stand in the Estadio de la Ceramica to watch magician Yunke produce Cazorla seemingly out of thin air.

The Spanish club unveiled Arsenal icon Santi Cazorla in one of the most weird fashions ever seen in football.

The 33-year-old is then let out of his case to a rapturous applause by the waiting Villarreal public who are delighted to have one of their own back at the club.

After technical delay, Nasa to try again launching Sun probe
The current close-to-the-sun champ, NASA's former Helios 2, got within 27 million miles (43 million kilometers) in 1976. The outreaching corona is hundreds of times hotter than the sun's actual surface, confounding scientists.

The former Arsenal ace was given a magician's welcome, as he appeared from within a glass tube filled with smoke.

He had been training with the club throughout the summer, but had to undergo a trial before officially signing for the Yellow Submarine.

"It's been a very special day, returning home", he added.

"I am eternally grateful to Villarreal for giving me unconditional support during these two years and always open the doors for me".

"I have to enjoy the moment, but I'm demanding and I want to keep improving".
