It was teased that this will just be one of the ways that you'll be able to enjoy the game with friends, so there seems to be other multiplayer ideas in the works.

KitGuru Says: DOOM Eternal is looking excellent.

Speaking to Polygon at QuakeCon 2018, game director Marty Stratton confirmed that post-launch, there will be singleplayer DLC for Doom Eternal.

We already knew Doom Eternal was set to have twice as many demon types as Doom 2016, but you can't really appreciate that kind of abstract detail until you see so many of them shrieking towards the screen in a single setting.

"Doom Eternal" is bringing back some classic enemies, like "Doom 2's" Arachnotron and Pain Elemental, plus there will be a number of new foes to rip and tear.

Transfer Rumour: Manchester United plotting late move for Kurt Zouma
Zouma spent last season on loan with Stoke too but had to deal with relegation at the end of the season. Everton are looking to sign Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma on loan, according to the Mirror .

Unleash the overwhelming power of the DOOM Slayer. How do you improve on the simple perfection that is a wooden stock, a trigger, and two chambers packed full of demon-flesh-ripping buckshot? These include the Ballista, which fires an exploding bolt into enemies, and the Super Shotgun, which comes with a blade called the "Meat Hook" attached to the barrels.

To achieve that goal, Id Software started with a very simple goal - make the Doomslayer the strongest and most powerful hero the studio has ever created.

What they also promised was the ability for you to possess demons and invade other player's games, and even team up with friends against other people.

First day purchase, and hopefully many more of you do the same.

Bethesda have been strong supporters of the Switch and that continues today, with the announcement that DOOM Eternal, the follow-up game to DOOM is also coming to Nintendo Switch.
