Tate, the wife of director Roman Polanski, was pregnant when she was killed at the hands of Charles Manson's followers at her home in 1969.

The film, written and directed by Tarantino, takes place in 1969 Los Angeles, and takes place around the time of the Manson murders.

What's different about Robbie's role in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is that, apart from the 1960s clothes and the American accent she'll show off later, it doesn't appear that the actress had to do much transforming to capture Tate's essence.

Al Pacino, Damien Lewis, James Marsden and Dakota Fanning have also been added to the billing.

Earlier, Leonardo DiCaprio shared a photo of himself and Brad Pitt on set in some very era-appropriate threads.

Chelsea vs Manchester City
We have to work. "[Manchester City] can be considered as favourites because we are the current champions", Jesus told reporters. Chelsea really, really missed N'Golo Kante in the middle of the park against Manchester City in the Community Shield final.

Early plot details for the upcoming movie were revealed last November with a release date of August 9, 2019, the fiftieth anniversary of actress Sharon Tate's murder.

Production for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is now underway in Los Angeles for Sony Pictures and the film is slated for release on August 9, 2019. Filming is expected to continue through the autumn for next summer's release.

Tate's sister Debra, who owns the rights to Sharon's story, and her family have had mixed reviews of the film so far.

Debra had previously condemned films being made for the 50th anniversary, including Once Upon A Time In Hollywood and The Haunting of Sharon Tate. "That's mostly down to her looking a lot like Tate to begin with - the two share the same blonde hair, blue eyes, and 5'6" stature - but it may also be a testament to Robbie's ability to blur the line between herself and the people she plays on screen. They are terribly hurtful to the actual family and all the living victims.

"Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" is now scheduled to arrive in theaters July 26, 2019.
