LeBron James signing a 'historic moment' for Lakers

LeBron James is apparently pretty excited about the Los Angeles Lakers' young players, which should not be too surprising. If that is indeed the case, Johnson managed to check off that box early on in free agency, as James joined the team less than 48 hours into the start of the festivities this summer.

The Los Angeles Lakers have taken an interesting approach to this offseason that leaves their place in the Western Conference still unclear. The game proved to be James's final appearance for the Cavs as he signed a four-year deal with the Lakers this month. He loves to compete and is an awesome leader who is about winning and making sure that his team-mates are successful.

With championship hopes now running rampant in L.A., Pelinka and the entire Lakers organization surely are hoping James provides more unforgettable moments.

And we, happily, all know how that turned out. "We will continue forward and do all that is necessary to achieve our shared obsession of bringing banner number 17 to the world's best fans - Lakers Nation".
