'NCIS: Los Angeles' Star Linda Hunt Hospitalized After Car Accident

"Los Angeles" star Linda Hunt was hospitalized after a serious auto wreck in Hollywood.

TMZ reports that 73-year-old Hunt was driving a black BMW SUV Monday and tried making a left turn when she struck a sedan and then collided with a Honda SUV. Witnesses told TMZ that the Academy Award-winning actress appeared "visibly shaken" and was helped to a chair on the sidewalk. The witness tells us the other drivers only suffered minor injuries. The exact circumstances of the crash were not immediately known.

92-year-old woman son and killed son
Police said they had visited the residence before, following a verbal altercation between Ms Blessing and her son. A 92-year-old woman is behind bars for fatally shooting her son over his plan to put her in a nursing home.

The Tony-nominated thespian now plays Operational Manager Hetty Lange in the procedural NCIS: Los Angeles, which returns for a 24-episode 10th season in the fall. The movie co-starred Mel Gibson and Sigourney Weaver.

Famous for her husky voice and her diminutive stature, Hunt's most recent credits includes voice work for this year's "Solo: A Star Wars Story". She has also voice acted as the narrator in numerous God of War video games, including the first three installments as well as God of War: Ascension, God of War: Ghost of Sparta and God of War: Chains of Olympus - as well as other unrelated video games.

ET Canada has reached out to Hunt's rep for comment. The two live in a historic Hollywood home with their dogs.
