A 22-year-old has been arrested in connection with the murder of rapper XXXTentacion, according to the Broward County Sheriff's Office.

Rapper XXXTentacion was 20 years old. Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy, 20, who went by the stage name pronounced "Ex Ex Ex ten-ta-see-YAWN", was gunned down Monday as he left an upscale motorcycle dealership near Fort Lauderdale where he was planning to make a purchase. Judge Kim Theresa Mollica ordered he be held without bond.

Williams, 22, is charged with first-degree murder without premeditation, a probation violation and for not having a valid driver's licence.

"Homicide detectives are seeking additional suspects and are not releasing any other details at this time", said BSO spokeswoman Joy Oglesby.

He also was photographed alongside Koly P, a well-known Broward-based rapper who has worked with Kodak Black and performed with XXXTentacion. Witnesses said he had no pulse at the time.

Williams, who also was charged with driving without a license and violating parole for an earlier crime, appeared in Broward County court Thursday afternoon.

The rapper, whose birth name is Jahseh Onfroy, was shot while in his sports vehicle.

Obama calls for end to the 'cruelty' of family separations
Ryan made the claim earlier Wednesday, saying: "We can enforce our immigration laws without breaking families apart". It's unclear what will happen to the families that have already been separated after Trump signs the order.

Dedrick Williams was arrested Wednesday for shooting Onfroy in broad daylight - in what authorities believe was a botched armed robbery.

Rapper XXXTentacion was shot on Monday in Florida.

The Sheriff's Department initially announced that two armed suspects approached Onfroy while he was in his vehicle and one of the two suspects fired a weapon.

The Broward County Sherriff's Office had offered a $3,000 (£2,200) reward for any information about the killing.

While devastating that the child will grow up without a father, they will be able to look back at what XXXTentacion created over his lifetime and hopefully smile at his contributions to the music world. His short career was marred by allegations of extreme domestic abuse and violence, and he was facing charges at the time of his death. I just wanted to stay.

A viral video of the late rapper seemingly predicting his own death has been shared across social media in which he says the following.
