Kevin Durant bags second straight NBA Finals MVP

With the Finals MVP award up for grabs, I expect Curry to bounce back from his rough shooting night in Game 3 and lead the Warriors to an easy win to cap off the season.

This is the Warriors' sixth title in franchise history, and with their core of Curry, Durant (the hero in Game 3), Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green, it's hard to see that coming to an end.

James finished with 23 points.

From three games he's averaging 37.7 points, nine rebounds, 10.7 assists, 1.7 steals and 46 minutes per game. "If one of them has a bad game, they have three or four guys that can actually pick up the load". Will the aging superstar leave the Cleveland Cavaliers a second time, as he did earlier in his career when he joined the Miami Heat and won two championships? Appreciation for LeBron James who checked out for possibly the final time wearing a Cavs jersey.

Then the league's best team tightened the screws on Cleveland in the third quarter, outscoring the Cavs 25-13 and prompting Golden State fans to begin those drawn-out "War-eee-orrss" chants that provide a ideal musical accompaniment to their 3-point barrages.

Act IV between the Warriors and Cavs featured a drama-filled and controversial Game 1.

New Indictment Filed Against Paul Manafort Names Ally With Russian Intel Ties
Konstantin Kilimnik , a Russian political operative, was indicted for conspiracy to obstruct justice and obstruction of justice. Manafort's response begins by rubbishing the basis of Mueller's witness tampering charges as "dubious" and "very specious".

If you are a fan of the Bulls and Michael Jordan, Thursday represents the 20th anniversary of one of the most memorable shots in NBA Finals history. We were able to finish the series off.

The health of James' hand likely would not have had much affect on the outcome of the series, a four-game sweep by the Warriors.

Head to head, the under is 10-3 in the last 13 games overall and the Warriors are 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings.

Greg Oden, beset by chronic injuries, played parts of two seasons in Portland, averaging eight points per game.

"One GM of one of the better teams in the West said, 'you know, Boston, there was a time you just stay in the East and you have a much easier path to the Finals.' Will that necessarily be true with Boston or Philadelphia?" James described that Game 1 loss as "very emotional" for him. They just think that you go out, and, 'Oh, LeBron, you're bigger and faster and stronger than everybody, you should drive every single time and you should dunk every single play and you should never get exhausted, never.' Like it's a video game and you went on the options and you turned down fatigue all the way to zero and injuries all the way down to zero. Durant is one of six players to win back-to-back NBA Finals MVP titles. Golden State has won a road game in 19 straight playoff series, tying the Heat's National Basketball Association record.

For his overall playoff performance, Durant was named the MVP of the NBA Finals for a second straight season.
