President Trump has been privately griping about attending the G7 meeting in Canada this weekend, telling aides it would be a distraction while he was preparing for his summit next week with Kim Jong-un, a new report said Thursday.

"We are ready to boost, deepen and improve relations with the United States", Putin said adding that "various tools may be used for that, including personal meetings (between the two countries' leaders)".

For its part, Russian Federation allows China to show the USA that it has "other options" in global negotiations, she said.

Adding an extra layer of friction to the gathering, Trump suggested that Russian Federation - which was expelled following the annexation of Crimea - should be allowed to rejoin the group.

Trump has repeatedly put himself at odds with practically the entire U.S. political and security establishment over Russian meddling in the 2016 Presidential Election.

But it was Trump's pre-departure remarks on Russian Federation that moved Trump squarely offside with most of his fellow G7 leaders, including his host Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, on one of their most serious, shared worldwide security concerns. "I am heading for Canada and the G-7 for talks that will mostly center on the longtime unfair trade practised against the United States".

The latest series of tweets by Trump follow posts he made last night - including his accusation that his host Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is being "indignant".

"We will not stop trying to convince our American friends and President Trump that undermining this order makes no sense at all because it would only play into the hands of those who seek a new post-West order where liberal democracy and fundamental freedoms would cease to exist", said Tusk.

On Friday, Trump suggested he might pardon lifestyle businesswoman Martha Stewart, who served 5 months, and former Illinois Gov. "Because I felt like she's was a good person-you can see that in her", Kardashian said in the exclusive interview.

The Russian leader knows that America's global power rests not only on our military and economic might but also on our unrivaled network of alliances from Europe to Asia.

Xi and Putin also vowed to make "all possible efforts" to preserve the 2015 worldwide accord on Iran's nuclear programme that Trump abandoned last month.

Vienna has been discussed as a possible venue for a summit between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, the Kremlin said Saturday.

Trump's comments on agriculture, his imposition of steel and aluminum tariffs, as well as broader disagreements on trade, climate change and the US withdrawal from the Iran nuclear agreement, are setting the stage for some tense G7 talks. Putin is set to stay in the country till June 10, taking part in a summit of leaders of Shanghai Cooperation Organization member-states.

"Let's leave seven as it is", Tusk said.

German Chancellor Angela Merkel said: "We are in agreement that a return of Russian Federation to the G7 can not happen unless substantial progress is made in terms of the problems with Ukraine". "The American President may not mind being isolated, but neither do we mind signing a 6 country agreement if need be", he tweeted.
