Rage 2 Announcement Video Reveals a Colorful Post-Apocalypse

Ever since the Walmart Canada leak, the Bethesda and Rage Twitter accounts have been very active tweeting out some cryptic teases which were all pointing to one date, 14th May 2018.

Walmart Canada recently listed RAGE 2 and many other unannounced video games at their official website, but not many took it seriously and called the listing just a placeholder.

Though we don't know much at the moment, E3 is but a matter of weeks away and we expect Bethesda will have even more to reveal during its official press conference.

Well, it is. Rage 2 is officially happening, and here's the teaser trailer to whet your appetite. They started by tweeting various pictures that seemed innoculous, at first, but held a secret many didn't notice at first.

Bethesda made a decision to play a game and give us some hints by sharing some images on Twitter. It was the last project by John Carmack, the founder of id Software. Not before it was mirrored, though, and we have one for you below. The gameplay reveal will be coming tomorrow, but in the meantime be sure to check the insane announcement trailer below.

If there's one thing the original Rage got right it was its looks.

Little is known about the sequel thus far including its setting, story and development studio.
